Tarot:
Ace of Cups, Six of Coins, Death
In my life, everyone has been having like all the things going on. Just busy. Some good, some whatever, some not great. But Busy. And it just feels ungrounded.
I bring this up because the energies of these card make sense to me, but also feels kinda scattered and busy and ungrounded.
It is like the beginning and the end. Literally Ace of Cups can mean a new opportunity, and Death is an end. The book ends of this tarot pull is that exact story.
Transition, maybe you are not actively pursuing an obvious end and beginning, but something is going through this process. And it’s chaotic. It is the liminal space. It could be so hard, and demanding of you. It is an end. Ends hurt. Even if we don’t see the decay, we feel it in our bones. Beginning can be uncertain. They can be scary (so can ends!). It is like everything all at one. But that is how transitions tend to flow.
Connecting these two mega energies we have the six of coins. There are two people on this card. A giver and a receiver. For a long time this card was a reminder for me that is it okay to accept help. Especially in the liminal chaos of a transitionary period. I always try to help others, at my own expense, and tend to avoid kindly accepting when it is returned. It is a balance. You could be receiving help at this time. A reminder to be grateful or see it for what it is…help in a time when life is whacky. Or you could be providing that help. Again, a balancing act of being there for you, and those who need someone like you.
Finally, I want to return to Death, because this is a very cute deck, this is a very cute version of this very serious card. However, this depiction with the younger little creature giving Death a rose is making feel like it is important to note that in these times you need to remember to give yourself grace. Transitions are hard. Life is hard. Be kind to you.
Oracle Addition:
Intuition, Periwinkle: Grace, Passion
I love that these aesthetically vibe so nicely with the tarot.
I find liminal spaces, like the one the tarot is saying we are in right now, are like when the veil is lifted and the intuitive hits are HITTING. They are hitting you, but do you see them? I think when I was in the depths of the liminalest of spaces I was being bombarded, and did not know what was happening. It is a confusing place.
I would suggest finding the way you can best connect to your intuition. Honoring it when you have the space to. Because the messages are ready to come, but you need to be open to get them and ready to embrace them.
Passion makes sense for whatever is coming in. It absolutely lights up your world. I believe this is the solar plexus. I want to say that your gut is also involved here. Like you gut instinct and your intuition. Sometimes I think these are the same thing, something they are very different. I think right now they are working on the same team, which is always helpful.
Finally, the color is periwinkle. I do not know much about colors and their meanings, it fascinates me… so I have a few decks. I will be going into the book for this one. The keyword is grace, and I do think this applies very much so to that balance of giving and receiving with the six if coins. If done well, it is a graceful exchange. It could be shameful or pride-based, but with balance and grace, it really is something special.

Transformation & Yellow Gold: Solution
I like that both cards have the butterfly imagery. The butterfly is connected to Psyche, maybe you can gain some insights from her myth and the transformations she goes through. Summer (if you are in the northern hemisphere) feels like a yellow gold type of time. So it fits to see this card right now. I wonder if the solution lies within the transformation. Like you won’t know until you are in the process of pursing something. You wish you knew, but you are trying things and something transformative will give you what you are seeking. I would go so far as to say it is almost out of your hands, your role is to participate in what is presented to you that feels right.

Could two cards speak the same language any more that this? I really think you should be following your passion(s) at this time. I do not think there is much more to add to that with this pull of two cards with such similar guidance.

I like that the keyword for sage here is protected and the expectation card has a lioness, who I am imaging now protecting her cubs. Like your level of protection is that feral and strong as your pursue this new adventure. Even the person on this card is very 8 of cups leaving the old complacency behind for something that fits better. You expected life to be something more, and now you wish to see if you can find that.

Boundaries & Indigo: Determination
If you want to get shit done, you have to protect your time, space, and energy. PERIOD. You are focused. Keep those boundaries strong to stay on that train. Use your exoskeleton shell energy!

Vibration & Dark Gray: Rest
When the energies are big and explosive, you need to make sure you rest. I am one of the humans who if I do not see the signs and take the rest, my body takes it for me and it’s unpleasant. Not everyone has that life. But it has made me see how valuable rest is. Especially, when things are so liminal, and chaotic. Embrace this energy, I think it is good for you. But also make sure you take breaks.

I really enjoy the color and alliteration happening here. Advocating is so important. Say your peace. Help others who you have the ability to aid. Either situation will allow for you to growth. Or if you have grown out of a situation advocate for yourself, and move onto what is next for you.

Use the insight you are given. I am actively working on not saying that ‘I am trying.’ And using more actionable words. Because words are spells. Are you really working with your insights? Are you giving them the value and appreciation they deserve? I do like the idea of trying my best. And again I rephrase it to doing the best I can today. That is all that can be done as a mere human.

This is very powerful boss energy. What makes you feel abundant? How are you being a leader? To run things at the top levels gives you the title of leader…but are you truly embracing leadership? I have experience with a lot of leaders who lack the ability to lead…and they seem stagnant. Don’t be like that. Get the skills, really lead people. That is where true abundance flourishes.
