Sagittarius Full Moon Collective Reading

I oddly was convinced this was a Scorpio Full Moon for a hot minute, but that makes no sense…Let us pull some cards!

Tarot:

2. The High Priestess, 3 of Wands, 3 of Pentacles

I want to look up the numerology of three. I will after. One day I will have a fancy organized library and can grab a book and discover, but for now I will explore the world wide web!

Back to the cards, two 3s. That pops out. I also was watching the Archetypal Tarot School videos again. I happened to watch The High Priestess this morning. Of course I did…

Essentially, what stood out to me during this viewing was that when this card shows up she is asking you to embody the power you hold. Trust yourself and you intuition. Believe what the pink light is transcribing into your knowing, you believe it and feel its potency, even if you feel a little out there transcribing the message. Stop letting that judgment block you. So you can share.

Share the vision, 3 of Wands wants it OUT IN THE WORLD. She is fueled by her drive and ready to succeed. It may not be perfect, but it is there now. It will sink or swim. And what is so cool, the 3 of wands has community. The 3 of pentacles is here to help come together with unique skills to make this vision tangible.

Maybe one person, the dreamer, could do so much. Create something decent to good, but with the help of community and other skills…it become a marvel. It is finding the right humans to help with the right idea and making magic.

Idk why, but I feel like you need to incorporate fun, enjoyment into the process. Energy is felt, and I think that will truly uplift this creation if it has joy as one of its founding components. I do not think this is a big or hard ask, for when working with a true community that comes naturally.

Archetypal Musings:

XLVIII: The Underworld, VII The Poet

The Underworld’s image IMMEDIATELY makes me think of the plant in the first Harry Potter Movie that functions a lot like quicksand. You move and you sink into the abyss, but standing still with some help can get you pulled out. The more you struggle the worse state you are in. I think this aligns well with anything we associated with the underworld, the dark, the hidden. The more you struggle against it the worse experience you have. It is there. You face it or it pulls you under. I see the High Priestess is a figure that has mastered this balance. Of facing the depths without being completely swept away by them. It is why she is the guardian of the veil. In this moment, this card is a reminder. Do not let yourself get in your way. Do not let that mean voice that sometimes find a way into your head take over. Feel confident in your idea and just got for it. Even if it is not perfect. That is a sign of humanity more so now than ever!

Then, we have the poet. I love how we have a darkness to this image. The poet is not afraid of the underworld and has likely traversed it many times (as we all do). Sometimes getting pulled away and sometimes finding balance. It is an act of balance to embrace that shadow and share art from the experience without being pulled under that makes a poet. Or at least in my opinion that makes sense. A Nietzsche concept that always lives in my brain is how an art is someone who walked to the line of insanity, but did not step over it. I am recalling this from a class I had in college over a decade ago, so idk how accurate it is, but we are going with it. You walked up to the chaos that can consume a person, and you remained intact. So much so, you felt the need to share, as art.

Do not be afraid of your darkness as you send creations into the world. So we are all comprised of light and dark, and many will see the connection in what you share from each realm…even better when they combine, which I think the image on The Poet card really illustrates.

Bless This Space: Your sacred space holds the soul to bear Palo Santo or sage will clear the air.

Keep your space cleansed. If you feel someone is not the right fit. Then, they are not the right fit. So find the right people for this project. Cleanse with bells or whatever you use to clear the area (I am not sure the cards choices are currently recommended due to capitalistic harm). Creation is magic, treat it so.

LXII The Sword

I love that that imagery is reminiscent of the SUN and MOON, very Full Moon if you ask me. The Sun side is also making me think of eggs, so I guess that would be a great treat if you consume those. A powerful battle. You are holding back the darkness to make way for the light. And it is HARD. But it is working, even the darker purple coloring, is still holding onto to its color and not being consumed by the darkness on the other side. A true balance is being held, and you hold that sword. This is a task. It is HARD. And you are doing it.

Taurus

VIII The Maiden

Very Venusian, which aligns very much so with Taurus. It is embracing how you feel comforted and at peace. It is embracing beauty. I think that is what younger women are given the freedom to do, hence maiden. They can play more with their looks and expressions of beauty without the restraints of dress codes in work and judgement from peers. Things have shifted to more accepting for sure, but there is a freedom in youth that I feel this card is hoping to renew. Revitalize yourself with beauty play. With finding comforts and leaning into them. (With reason and within your ability to do so, of course!)

Gemini

XXX The One

I of course immediately have the Backstreet Boys song of the same title playing. They sing that “I’ll be the one…” for someone else, a love interest. However, I would say you could be The One for yourself. Because who better to show up for than yourself. Before you can show up and be the one someone else relies on, you have do that for you. You cannot pour from an empty vessel after all…

Cancer

LXVI The Seed

Such a simple looking image and idea, but so powerful. A seed. A beginning. The first step. The potential of growth. The first stone dropped in the river and then the ripples that span out reaching the edges of the shore. A big idea is amazing, but it is so vast and overwhelming. But a small step forward, the first seed of that tree…that is doable.

Leo

V The Orphan

I keep getting the Divine Child, even though that seems almost the opposite of this card. Like this is the Divine Child left unsupported. Resilient, but uncertain of the path forward. As the child’s hand on the card reach’s for the flower, you too need to find what drives you forward. Resilience is the word that comes to mind because Orphans often need that quality to thrive. And the snake image, of shedding and renewal is…well, resilient.

Virgo

LIV The Vow

A promise. A commitment. I immediately thought this is for yourself. A commitment you made to you. And you need to see it through. It is so easy to say “I will do this today” or whenever…and then not. You know, “whoops, I can get to it tomorrow.” Well, that is not showing up for yourself, and right now you need to refocus on that. Or just stop telling yourself things you know you will not do. It is kind of defeating on a subconscious level. Humans like when actions follow words even when the word are to ourselves.

Libra

LXXV Gnosis

I am not sure if this is the actual definition. I have a lot of words in my brain that have lived there so long that only in moments like this is when I question their accuracy. Gnosis to me is spiritually beyond religion. I was raised Catholic so I am trying to not explain it within that framework. But I will start there. Gnosis would be belief in the “logos.” Not the Bible, though it is full of words. But the divine wisdom and power of God, his promise. Not the church’s. Jesus’ messages too, but that is less clear because of how muddle that has become. So, I guess in essence it is finding and following that bigger meaning behind it all. Following your North Star. Do you have a personal Gnosis? (It can be a shared one or a unique one.) If not, have you ever explored this? Maybe now is time to reflect on that and find out where you stand on this concept. I think what you find there will surprise you. Yes, even if you have a solid Gnosis, reflect on it and if it truly fits in this moment.

Scorpio

XLII The Empty Room

It is giving backrooms, and liminal space. Is this what you fear? Is this where you are right now? An empty space is so vast, and so tiny all at once. Full of potential while being full of nothing. Be careful here, for the walls can feel like they are closing in and you are all alone. Instead, how can you bring life in? How can you fill this space with wonder? Find the potential within the void.

Sagittarius

XXXVI The Forest

Nature is calling your name. Be true to your wild instincts and go explore the unknown. Well, at least the unknown to you. Grounded would likely be a least case scenario here. But yea, I am just getting like oppressively NATURE.

Capricorn

LXI The Mask

I am digging the light versus dark I am getting that is such a reflection of the tarot in these mini readings. And here it is again! Where Aries was holding back the dark, I fear this is a more complicated situation dear Capricorns. Masking is such a convenience to getting ahead. Fill the role needed to get the job done. Very on brand. However, this moon is asking you to examine that cost. What is the cost of not being true to yourself? How is the Machiavellian approach hurting your soul? Can you find a way to embrace yourself and get the task completed? I think you can, if anyone can find a way…I mean you will. So prioritize how you can embrace your true self and not hide behind the mask.

Aquarius

LXXI Eros

Another one of the deeper cards of this deck, from what I recall. Eros is such an interesting term, because yes it is one of the kinds of love, physical love. It is also the name of a God. Eros/Cupid’s story with psyche is one of my favorites. Maybe look up the myth for it could have some insight for you. I would good to in-depth to be fair. As a more encompassing card, I would say it is asking you for reflection on how eros shows up for you and how you show up for it. Examine how you bring eros in interactions with yourself and with the world, and how it meets you in the world. Maybe you will literally find it in the world too…

Pisces

LVI The Gem

Does anyone else see the underworld reflected in this card? In the depth of your soul, when you meet with your darkness and balance the two halves of yourself…then you will find the gem. The Gem could be many things depending on the person…or in this case the Pisces. But in your depths you can find it. It could be a physical reward, or a purpose to your path. It is a very personal discovery, and a very personal dive into your own depths to retrieve it. Like the sword or ring in the lake, it is hidden and must be fought for and you must prove you are worthy.

That was veyr cryptically specific, but it is what came to me so…
